Maddie Loehr - Your Personal Trainer

Hello everyone, my name is Maddie Loehr, an ISSA-certified trainer! I developed a passion for fitness in high school when I started weightlifting. This quickly became a dedication as I immersed myself in the sport. When not training myself, I love motivating and coaching others towards better health. As a trainer, I provide creative, achievable programming so clients view fitness as a lifestyle, not a chore. I am devoted to pushing boundaries and achieving personal fitness goals through commitment and hard work.
